Coaching plans are billed monthly in advance, in Canadian dollars, starting on the date you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. The price and any applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm payment and on each receipt.
2. Plan inclusions
Each plan's inclusions are listed on the Coaching page. Check-in and call frequencies are subject to reasonable scheduling and the availability described in your onboarding materials.
3. Changing plans
You may upgrade or downgrade through the billing portal. Any proration is calculated by Stripe and shown before you confirm.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you by email and Stripe will retry the charge. Coaching services may be paused if payment remains outstanding. You can update your payment method at any time from the billing portal.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Price changes
We will give you at least [30] days' notice of any price change before it applies to your subscription.
